Present Property to you; arrange viewing. You confirm approval. Sale agreed (subject to contract).
Introduction to specialist Mortgage Advisor. Mortgage application and documents submitted. Valuation completed by surveyor. Lender issues Mortgage Offer.
Introduction to Specialist Solicitor. Support & follow up to expedite Conveyancing. Searches requested, Enquiries conducted by Solicitor.
Contract and Completion statement issued when solicitor is satisfied with the Title and property.
Deposit paid to your solicitor. Contract is Exchanged with seller’s solicitor. Lender transfers funds to your solicitor (Drawdown).
Completion. Seller, Stamp Duty and solicitor are paid. Legal ownership to the property is transferred to you.
Introduction to Letting Agent if required. AST Tenancy agreement signed, deposit secured, keys handed to tenant. Property managed by Letting Agent if required. Rent collected and paid over to you.
Message from the Director
I am a Chartered Accountant and have worked most of my life in the Audit and Corporate Finance teams of multinationals and blue chip companies such as Price Waterhouse, Superdrug, Savers, Cargill Inc and CBRE. Soon after emigrating to England in 2005, I learnt how to acquire properties in England and bought our family house in 2006. Since then, I got involved in investment properties and helped friends and family to buy them.
My passion has now been formalised into Integrity Investments, to provide a professional, high quality and ethical service to both new and experienced property investors. I have been through intensive, formal training by a team of consultants whose companies have sold over £62 million worth of properties over the last ten years alone! We work with a small group of carefully selected clients at any one time, to ensure we give them close personal attention.
