Present Property to you; arrange viewing. You confirm approval. Sale agreed (subject to contract).
Introduction to specialist Mortgage Advisor. Mortgage application and documents submitted. Valuation completed by surveyor. Lender issues Mortgage Offer.
Introduction to Specialist Solicitor. Support & follow up to expedite Conveyancing. Searches requested, Enquiries conducted by Solicitor.
Contract and Completion statement issued when solicitor is satisfied with the Title and property.
Deposit paid to your solicitor. Contract is Exchanged with seller’s solicitor. Lender transfers funds to your solicitor (Drawdown).
Completion. Seller, Stamp Duty and solicitor are paid. Legal ownership to the property is transferred to you.
Introduction to Letting Agent if required. AST Tenancy agreement signed, deposit secured, keys handed to tenant. Property managed by Letting Agent if required. Rent collected and paid over to you.
