Integrity Investments Ltd. is based in Caterham, Surrey, and provides an end to end, hands free service to busy and discerning property investors. We help investors get a great return on their money and help people who need to sell their property quickly. We also rent and buy properties for refurbishment & resale or for our own portfolio.

Our goal is to make your money work hard for you, so that you don't have to.

Your most precious resource is time, and we can help you save it. We have the knowledge, experience and contacts to do this efficiently on your behalf.

We specialise in sourcing and acquiring Buy to Let and HMO properties, primarily in Surrey, Croydon and surrounding areas such as Purley, Sanderstead, Whyteleafe, Coulsdon, Caterham and Oxted. With our wide network of professional contacts, we can source properties across the UK.

Step 1. Enquiry

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and make an appointment.

Step 2. No obligation meeting

Understand your Investment Criteria & expectations; showcase our services & examples. Responsibilities & fees agreed.

Step 3. Research

Extensive Research; high rental demand area; maximise Rental Yield; match Investment Criteria; negotiate price with seller/representative.

Step 4. Our Recommendations

Present Property to you; arrange viewing. You confirm approval. Sale agreed (subject to contract).

Step 5. Mortgage application

Introduction to specialist Mortgage Advisor. Mortgage application and documents submitted. Valuation completed by surveyor. Lender issues Mortgage Offer.

Step 6. Conveyancing

Introduction to Specialist Solicitor. Support & follow up to expedite Conveyancing. Searches requested, Enquiries conducted by Solicitor.

Step 7. Contract

Contract and Completion statement issued when solicitor is satisfied with the Title and property.

Step 8. Exchange & drawdown

Deposit paid to your solicitor. Contract is Exchanged with seller’s solicitor. Lender transfers funds to your solicitor (Drawdown).

Step 9. Completion

Completion. Seller, Stamp Duty and solicitor are paid. Legal ownership to the property is transferred to you.

Step 10. Property is let

Introduction to Letting Agent if required. AST Tenancy agreement signed, deposit secured, keys handed to tenant. Property managed by Letting Agent if required. Rent collected and paid over to you.

I am a Chartered Accountant and have worked most of my life in the Audit and Corporate Finance teams of multinationals and blue chip companies such as Price Waterhouse, Superdrug, Savers, Cargill Inc and CBRE. Soon after emigrating to England in 2005, I learnt how to acquire properties in England and bought our family house in 2006. Since then, I got involved in investment properties and helped friends and family to buy them.

My passion has now been formalised into Integrity Investments, to provide a professional, high quality and ethical service to both new and experienced property investors. I have been through intensive, formal training by a team of consultants whose companies have sold over £62 million worth of properties over the last ten years alone! We work with a small group of carefully selected clients at any one time, to ensure we give them close personal attention.
